Okay. Here is my suggestion. Go to the main page of QL and locate the "help" icon. Click on that. A window will open up. State your issue on that window and send it to the QL moderators. They will take care of the issue and help you out. Check your email for their reply.
Just overlook the comment of the "philosopher!" We have a couple of them very active at QL nowadays.
