If your Experience Certificate carries the signature of and stamp of the company, I guess it can be attested by the Chamber of Commerce also. But the signature on the certificate must be one that is registered at the Chamber. Such attestations are done in Saudi Arabia with charges being around SR 10. Check with your HR people on this as suggested by Angelo.
