The better choice is Prado. But you could go for a Nissan also. Both Prado and Nissan have a resale value. Prado has edge over Nissan in that Toyota spares comparatively cheaper.
Please keep in mind that insurance companies hesitate in providing comprehensive insurance cover to any model which is over 5 years old.
