You have used the word "restoration". A car headlight needs to be replaced if it is not working, and to my knowledge it cannot be "restored". For this you need to go to any car electrician. It is a small job. You can get the headlight replaced with a genuine one which would be costlier than the non-genuine one commonly known as "Tejari".
