You should have asked the people at the inspection center and they would have explained to you the problem. There are several garages in the industrial area and you can take your car and the report to them. Hopefully, they can understand the problem and fix it. Try out two or three garages and if all of them speak of the same problem, then negotiate with the best offer and get it repaired.
