A similar incident took place with a friend of mine when his Istimara stated insurance was 3rd party while in reality it was comprehensive. When he pointed this out to the authorities, they immediately issued him the corrected Istimara at no extra charges. Just take your license to them along with your Qatar ID if it mentions your correct blood group and they will do the correction. I believe this would be done at the Traffic police department.
