Skp: While the government has put in systems to ensure workers get paid on time, sometimes salaries may get delayed by a month or so due to factors beyond a company's control. As you have stated, yours is a reputed company and certainly reputed companies do not resort to such acts as delaying payment of salaries to their staff deliberately. As such, I suggest you try to be helpful to the company by managing for a short time somehow and hope things would turn for the better. However, on the other hand, if you still remain unhappy, there are options available one of them being you can resign and return home. The other option is that you can go to the authorities and seek help but in this case the company may retaliate by giving you your dues and then send you on a final exit.
