I'm sure biomet, like VFS and other agencies, won't entertain touts or agents on one's behalf and I'm sure the qatari government has thought of all this; further, considering how strict and watchful they are with disease control, i'm sure that it will continue to be the case that no one who is unfit will get to qatar either.
