As well as some companies hold more than 3-6 months of salaries and once we want to join to another company they asking to sing papers as received everything in order to provide the NOC letter. Till now there is no action in such matters. Same thing happens to most of us including me. Even labors department also no have rights to release us NOC in such cases. These laws when they gonna change ????? Most laws are effecting labors only. nothing for companies......................
