and the people who unknowingly post on the main forum looking for a job or selling a car, have their ad taken down with a "please post in classifieds".... besides, considering that rents have come down a bit in most areas, the prices these two properties are going for are hardly budget prices and one can find nice clean studios in great locations for a nice rounded 2000 a month...
