I also facing the same issue. Doha bank representative are not indicated any charges for cancellation at the time of signing documents . Also bank renewed the card without my consent. Bank representative was not mentioned annual charges for lulu card and after an year they charged 100 riyal without informing us. I paid all pending amount in the credit card. Now they asking cancellation charges 500 for both card.
