Dear Mohsin, i am using OP3 since last year and i never faced problem like that. There could be many factors,1. May be the sim card is faulty- try using sim card of other network provider. 2.If the problem persists, then the cellphone has a bug. May be a software update or factory reset could resolve it. 3.Finally if nothing works then this is an hardware issue and only way to repair it is to send it back to their authorized service centres and there are none in qatar. I ordered through souq.com and they dont deal with repair service, so i had to send it back to india to change my screen when i broke it few months back.
