You have go to a typing centre and get the application typed in arabic.
You have to attach your QID copy, ur wife's PP copy, marriage certificate attested,original NOC from ur company and rental agreement (if own accommodation). Visa will be processed in 3 to 4 days, if everything is in order. Thanks.
