medical test for visit visa extension is consist of xray and blood test. for your question if your daughte needs to undergo medical test, i am not sure with minimum age to require such test. as per my experience, i just paid qr100 and went to a counter to update it in the system so that i can go to immigration for visa extension. but may daughter was only 2 years old then.
