You need to complete at least one year before directly transferring your visa to new employer. Secondment is the good option but if your new employer is not agreeing then you can cancel return back to your home country and come back again with a new visa issued by your new employer. But ensure your new company has block visa approval for your post & nationality.

Also please ensure your current employer provides you a open NOC and you submit to new employer before exiting the country.
