If the result is already declared as 'Unfit' it will be very difficult to change the result.
However, please urgently visit medical commission along with your PRO to ask for exemption and to refer you to TB clinic for further test and treatment, this might be possible only for person who holds Engineer or higher visa category plus with Degree or Diploma certificates.
If the result is not declared and you are referred to TB clinic for treatment & tests then their is a high chance of your employer giving exemption letter and getting you fitness certificate at the end of treatment.
