Employment visas are valid for 6 months and can be cancelled by company PRO within a day without any documents after expiry of the visa. If the company wants to cancel the visa before expiry, then they need to submit one ticket guarantee amount (refundable after expiry of visa) at Qatar Airways office and bring the receipt to immigration along with the cancellation request, but visa cancellation can be done within a day if employer wants.
