Brit: I think you, with your many years of experience in this neck of the woods, know the answer to your question about naming/identifying the big fish when the publicity is of the negative kind...doesn't happen, usually...i personally feel its good practice sometimes and not so much other times...as with most things, its arbitrary and case specific :-)
