My question is parents are charged everyyear for this id....there claim will be sunce class changes for students every year...well in that case they should give one unique id to the students and that will be associated to that students for the time/years he studies in the school..will that id he can be tracked for whatever reason which the school claims...its just like normal employees have one electronic id cards in big organisations with multiple branches in qatar...if they move from one branch to another they just swipe the id at the entrance and the company databse records the location of the employeeee...such ids are given to employees till the end of his service only once...but this school system giving cards every year is just a way to earn easy money....nothing else...plus making it mandatory is another issue...i wonder how a kg1 stident knows how to carry these ids or take care of the card inorder not to get lost...its insane..i bought for my daughter but never used it for whole year since she was too small to undestand take care of it so it wont get lost....bottom line is nowadays education has become business and schools taking advantage of the fact that its very hard for patent to switch between schools(due to less number of schools in qatar compared to population) so parents have no option left but to love it or leave it
