If your certificates are with you in Qatar, contact agencies like Sheen Services or Asia Attestation. As per the new rule, you need the Bonafide letter from your institution/University & Mark lists along with your certificate to get attested from Qatar Embassy in Delhi/Mumbai. So If you have everything, contact one of the agencies and they will handle the rest including Indian Govt. attestation, Qatar Embassy & MOFA here. The charge is around 400 QR ( Pls check with them )
