Visit Human Rights Committee and file a petition there stating both the non-payment of salaries for several months and also the company was holding back your passport. They will help you out. You can also file a complaint at the Labour Office and they too will help you out. Once your case comes on record either at Human Right or the Labour Office, I believe your company can do nothing.
