There are several shops at the Gold Souq. This Souq is adjacent to the Karwa bus station in Old Ghanim near Musheirab. You may find something that will match your choice. You need to just shop around a bit. One shop is "Pure Gold" that has a branch at Villaggio also. You could check there.
