Depending on your qualification, look for jobs online. You can also look gulf times for jobs in Qatar. Apply for them and then it all depends on your luck.

If you are moving here because your family is moving then you can always find a job once you are here.

If some one will give you a job, they will sponsor your visa and help you get the Qatar ID (which is more like a permit to work).
