Mandoob is a legal representative to do the govt related works for individuals, families and companies.

However, they do not need to have any education, training or refresher course, except Arabic conversation.

They are mostly infamous for money grabbing in lieu of their small service, and often giving lots of lefts and rights, driving many to the blind streets. Most of them are not well informed about the govt. regulations even.

Since most of the govt. departments have automated their services, it is far easier to do the work by yourself, instead of hiring a Madoob.
