WT: Online degrees are not recognized by several countries and not just by Qatar. They are of little value in my country. There was minister in the last government in my country who had obtained an online doctorate degree from a university in the US. The degree was questioned in the media.. However, he continued to use the title of Dr. with his name possibly because of his political clout.
