Quicky: Yes you are right when you use the words, "a rare." I do not agree with "personality, kind and concerned" part of your comment. If you would read his comment yesterday on the new Pakistan Embassy building when he commented that the new building would be "an extra burden on the country's economy" it would would send you ROFL.
