Violating the laws? In south Asian countries they are the law. Just recently in my city, two policemen got off their motorbikes and thrashed a person on the street as he bumped his motorbike into theirs by accident! When the video of the scene went viral and was shown also on TV channels, the policemen got suspended by their bosses.
