I do not think they are open from today onward till the 12th. But just pass by the office at C-Ring road or at Messeimer. If they are not open, suggest you give a try at the airport immigration office. Such corrections are done immediately at the immigration office in the city. However, be mentally prepared to delay your wife's arrival till say after the immigration offices open.
