After the expiry of the 7 day free allowance you will be charged a penalty of QR 200 per each extra day of stay as I know so far. After cancellation of your visa, your family's visa gets automatically cancelled and they will be required to exit the country with you. Suggest you settle matters with your company and the bank within those 7 days.
