Turkish archives are open and beyond that Turkey did not offer to "open its archives". Turkey offered to establish a committee involving both Armenian and Turkish researchers to dig into the archives. Armenia refused that.
And question comes Why Armenian archives relating to the genocide remain closed while Turkish archives are open?
