Good day!

I am a nurse by profession. I was hired by a construction company as a site nurse but the PRO applied the painter visa instead of nurse visa. I started working with them since May 1, 2016. I told him that I need the nurse visa for me to be able to process my nursing license. He said that he needs my CAV (Philippines) = (diploma+transcript of records+RLE for nurse) with stamped of our embassy and MoFA. Last Sunday June 05, 2016, I went to our embassy for stamping and they stamped it. Then yesterday, I went to MoFA Mesiameer for final stamping but they reject my application for stamping because of their new guidelines and I should go directly in their Main Office and so I went their. The main office was also rejected my application for stamping for the following reasons:

The statements below should be written on each educational documents before they do the stamping. The required information of the certificate in the statement should be as the following as of June 01, 2016:

1. Validity of the certificate data.
2. The system of study and attendance
3. Head quarter of examination (location-city-state)
4. The degree (diploma-B.A-M.A.-PhD)
5. Article tutorial scheduled for this certificate (curriculum)
6. The actual time spent by the student to get this certificate (from start to end date)
7. Education Institution (government / private)
8. Accreditation of the institution official authorities based academic in the host country during the student's study

Almost all of the applicants were rejected by the officer guy who gives the application number. What should I do next? I think most embassies are not aware of this new policy.
