Possibly. Had it been just one single issue, it would have been shrugged off by everyone including you and me and died its own natural death as people would not have bothered at all. But it is not happening that way. I guess the Swiss are on the look around for such opportunities where they could slap one of their rules on Muslims and then make a news out it for WT and the likes to post.
