I am currently resigned at my 2nd company last month. I tried to follow-up my NOC to my Managing Director (Non-Qatari) who lives outside Qatar.
To let you know, their company actually has some issues. One, the main sponsor was dead and someone might have turned-over. Two, their CR was expired and might havent renewed since one month. So, the Non-Qatari MD asked me to go to Ministry of Labor to ask for compulsory NOC for me to move on. Also The MD ask me to speak to their representative Qatari sponsor (a relative to the dead sponsor) my benefits also because I am now joining my 3rd company.
