If it is rejected for first times, u can try one more times. ..initially they wont agree...but u convence dem to honor d documents. ...attach CID certificate ( local PCC) from CID office which is der in SANAYYA next to safari roundabout. ..it may take 2-3 days den u attest from ministry (c ring road) den submit....insha allah work out. ..pray for Allah. ..
