This is unfortunately the typical miserable salary many Asians get here, including some with an engineering degree and some experience. You shouldn't be really expecting a great work environment and helpful managers. Companies that pay peanuts also tend to withhold the NOC when you want to move to a better place. Anyway good luck to you but my answer is that this is a bad salary.
