Just go Friday morning to the Golden Beach on Sealine area & you will see hundreds of divers doing shore dives,
in Qatar almost all divers are PADI, you can find few with TDI or SSI,
the water is a bit cold now with around 18-19 degrees, the visibility is in its peak (5-8 m) lol
