The issue is resolved, i proceed to Airport Immigration and passport control situated near cargo section of HIA, and speak to the officer there he told me to bring the kids and present before the authority at counter along with all the three passports. The Female officer at the counter checked the passport and the system and cross verified with the wife passport and stamp the entry transaction of the same date. No additional documents required only the passport of all the travelers.(the age of my kids who suffered was 01 and 3 years respectively might be that's the reason they lay off the travel certificate requirement).
