possibilities are,

1) changing lane for no reason.
2) Changing lane on round about
3) Changing lane without indicator
4) Over speed
5) Talking with mobile on driving
6) No proper plan of selecting the lane. because i see every day people who want to take left on the round about , but they cross from extreme right. This is the Injudicious, their license to be cancelled.
