Thanks for the email. The apartment is still available, it`s appear the same as shown on the pictures and we will only be given it out to the right individuals that will take very good care of the place and the facilities.

Well I must let you know that the apartment has a lot of facilities like laundry facilities, air condition, internet and telephone access and a covered car park and other necessary facilities.

We have really decided to give out the apartment as a result of our transfer to BENIN REPUBLIC in our place of work, I came over here with my husband and my daughter, we both bought the house when we got married.

As soon as we settle down here I had a thought of selling the house but later my husband advised against it, he said we may not be able to win the bidding next time, in other to keep our head when we return back that we have to keep the house.

I reasoned with him and accepted his advise, later we decided to have the house rented out. If you notice, you will discovered that the price we are offering is far below standard price, this is enough for you to know that we are not after the rental fee but the absolute care for our property.

We will be renting out the apartment for 3000 QAR Including Utilities and a security deposit of 3000 QAR, I`m pet friendly for cats and dogs so 100 QAR for pet deposit.

And I need to inform you as well that money is not the major reason why we are renting this apartment out but want someone who can take care of it as if he/she owns it.

I know there is no way I can be sure that you are the right person to live in the apartment because we won't be able to meet in physical before sending you the keys and the documents to occupy the house.

But I just had a feeling that anyone who knows what it takes to put the kind of structure down should know that maintaining a building is mandatory, so if you believe you can take good care of the apartment and handle it like yours then i will be more than happy to let you rent the house.

Regarding the visit, our lawyer can move from DUBAI on appointment for you to visit the apartment and eventually sign the lease if the apartment is Okay by you.

So there is no other person in Qatar who can take you to the apartment for you to view the apartment except our lawyer.

Because I and my husband traveled together and our lawyer will provide you with the following documents below on his arrival for the visit:

1. A document signed by me, For whom is legally Acting on Behalf of me.(Lawyer)

2. A Proof Of Property Ownership on my Name.

3. 3 Copy's Of Lease Contract.

4. 3 Copy`s Of Real Estate Lease Forms By Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Planning Of Qatar.

5.Real Estate Lease Contract Should Be Registered at Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Planning .

Note that I will not share the apartment complete details online due to security reason, so my lawyer will take you to the exact address if really you are interested in renting the apartment.
