Hi, diannemauleon,no need to renew or extension computer card for exit permit. just take the manual exit permit application along with original passport and company computer card go to main (garaffa) immigration morning shift dor No2 2nd flor take token number B, or go afternoon shift dor NO2 ground flor take token No H thats it they will charge you 10qr only.
