well said. on dialogue issue i would disagree, as "none" is unvalid, there are many historic meetings and events where India is openly denying to talk on this issue. Apparently its believed that India has considering Kashmir as its own territory because of its presence by existing troops from the start. There was a UNO agreement on stop of 1947 indo-pak war, which is been violated since than. Itself UNO never wanted to get into it as its not in there interest, their interest seems only to keep the heat on both borders.
