I had the same expereince few days ago with German test centre in Barwa Village, The guy who took mere there was known the Arabic guys working over there and they created negative report for my car. When the inspection guy drove my car for inspection, he told lots of negative about my car and finally the buyer reduced the price even further. I declined to sell my car to the buyer. Please beware of German car centre barwa village, In addition make sure you get your car tested from new agecny which is no way related to the buyer.
