WPS implementation does not take two/ three weeks. If they have started process begining of last month, matter of a 2 weeks by the end of the month it could have easily implemented. ANY WAY FIRST MONTH YOU WILL HAVE CHALLENGE. If it is geniune case next month onwards you it will be streamlined. If the reason are other than WPS . We dont have answer.
