Come on he has an offer letter and he brought his own visa with him from his last job...if his actual pay isnt in line with the offer and contract he signed, then he is in a better position than most to fight this company...ten days late or ten months late...its late...10 rials less than official offer or 10000 less...its less...i suggest he wait another month and then start making some noise...these companies give employees 3 months probation...you've already given them two months..give them another month and then fight...do not back down...fight...only the crying baby gets the milk...dont growl..kick...and all that...best of luck...
