Women or witnesses should be granted the right to kill the person or group trying to rape. Kill them then n there. They don't deserve the right to live anymore. In that case, there will hardly be 10 such incidents. If our great forefathers could gain us Independence after all long struggles, I think we should do this for the future generations. This is comparably easy as I dont think any parent will support rapists.
