The fact that he was HANDCUFFED by the police, not given a chance to explain is unacceptable specially for a little boy.
Just think about this, if you're the teacher and a student brings a thing that you think is a bomb? I would react quickly by throwing that thing away outside the window for sure!
But what his teacher did was she assumed its a bomb, sitting down, calling authority and some shit. No sense of panic for someone who thinks a bomb is right in front of her.
