I could not come across a stronger word than "brutal" in my vocabulary. Frankly, I would prefer to die before before being handcuffed and paraded in front of people. A handcuff is not a piece of "jewelry." I wish you would understand the mental trauma a decent, law-abiding citizen of a country would go through if he gets handcuffed by the authorities.
