I haven't used the services of either of them for Hajj or Umrah but I did use Doha Group to get me an Umrah visa some years back as I was travelling by air. They may not entertain any request from you now as Hajj quota is already finalized for this year and Umrah visas will begin from the month of Rabi ul Awal. The agents will be busy now in preparation for Hajj.
