First of all, you cannot go for Umrah now due to the Hajj season. Secondly, according to the last news on this subject, the Saudi authorities were not allowing people to travel for Umrah on their personal car. Just wait till Hajj is over and the Umrah visa start getting issued and then check either with the Saudi embassy or Hajj & Umrah Agents.
