I am just waiting to hear from the HR and he has indicated that they Government has some standard package & benefit slabs based on qualifications & experience and they will follow their norms even if I negotiate more or less as indicated by Yacine. But my only worry is that they shouldn't play with the nationality and discriminations etc. Anyhow, let me wait and update you all as soon as get some reply.
